1.1  Key Question / Scenario                         

Hi there!

You’ll go on a trip to Stockholm, Sweden and you've never been there before. A friend, asking you to buy the cheapest PC camera into a very specific store that your friend told you before the trip. You have received a picture of how the camera looks like (see. Image1.1)
You are required to contact the customer service in the store before you go there due to the shop is quite far from the city.

1.2 Student Data

1.3 You have to send an email to the shop asking about, all the info you’ll need such as; hours, phone number, address, etc.
1.4 You are forced to call the shop because you got the wrong address and then you have to use public transport see the Resources link which fits here!
     (during the lesson Web 1.7 lesson you will record the call!)
1.5 You’ll find the PC camera in the store in the city of Stockholm.
1.6 All information gathered must be sent to your teacher
